An abs/upper body circuit & some good news!

by Melissa on June 21, 2012

Hey guys! I’ve been super busy all day trying to get a bunch of things done around the house. I have a ton of things to plan, because…

Herrick and I are buying my parents’ home!

This means super high ceilings (great for working out), a garage and a basement (Herrick’s peeing himself), a huge yard with plenty of room for an amazing vegetable garden, and lots of other amazing things that I need to fill you in on. Including plans for baby #3. ;)

For now, though, I thought I’d share a workout with you. Tuesday night, instead of running the day before my 10-miler, I came up with a great, quick upper body and abs circuit. It kept my heart rate up, and I’ll be honest with you…

Everything but my legs are feeling it today. (Go figure. What happened to post-run soreness??)

abs workout, upper body workout, circuit workout, abs & upper body

I loved this. It was quick, simple, and it’s going down in my books as a favorite of mine. Try it. Do all six exercises and repeat four times. You won’t regret it!

I’ll post some more about the house later! Have a fantastic Thursday!
